Who are we?
We are an independent accountancy practice focused exclusively on charities, social enterprises, and Community Interest Companies (CICs).
Supporting CICs and charities isn’t a sideline for us — it’s our sole focus.
Charities, social enterprises and CICs are at the heart of everything we do. Unlike firms that simply have a “charities department”, every one of our clients is community-focused. This means our advice is grounded in genuine sector expertise and practical experience.
We operate remotely, with a small team and with lower overheads than many traditional accountancy firms. As a result, we do not pass unnecessary costs on to our clients, allowing us to provide high-quality support in a cost-effective way.
Because we work primarily with voluntary and community organisations, we understand the funding pressures, compliance requirements, governance responsibilities and resource constraints you face. Our support is practical, responsive and tailored to the realities of running a charity or CIC.
We provide support ranging from the preparation of year end accounts compliant with Companies House and the charity SORP, through to basic bookkeeping, through to providing strategic insight to senior management and the board of trustees.
